Welcome to Saffron Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including IT Rentals, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and IT sales, exclusively for corporate clients. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Saffron Technologies offers the following services tailored for corporate clients:

  • IT Rentals: Laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment for corporate use.

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs): IT maintenance and support to ensure business continuity.

  • IT Sales: Purchase of new and refurbished IT hardware tailored for corporate environments.

Specific details regarding services will be outlined in the individual agreements signed with each corporate client.

2. Eligibility

These services are offered exclusively to registered businesses and corporate entities. By engaging with us, you confirm that:

  • Your business is duly registered and operating within legal boundaries.

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization to enter into agreements.

3. Rental Terms

For IT equipment rentals:

  • All rental equipment is the property of Saffron Technologies.

  • Equipment is provided in working condition and must be returned in the same condition upon the end of the rental period.

  • Damage, theft, or loss of equipment will incur charges based on market value.

  • Late returns will attract additional rental fees as per the agreement.

4. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms

For AMCs:

  • Services will be provided as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Saffron Technologies will ensure prompt response times for maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Payments for AMCs must be made in advance or as per the mutually agreed schedule.

  • Early termination of AMC contracts by the client may result in cancellation fees.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made within the timelines specified in the invoices or agreements.

  • Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

  • Taxes, as applicable, will be included in the final invoice.

6. Equipment Usage

  • Rented equipment is to be used strictly for corporate purposes.

  • Redistribution, sub-rental, or use of equipment outside the agreed terms is prohibited.

  • Any software or data installed on rented equipment must comply with applicable laws and be removed prior to return.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

  • Saffron Technologies ensures the confidentiality of corporate data shared during service engagements.

  • Clients are responsible for data backup and ensuring that sensitive information is erased from returned equipment.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • Saffron Technologies guarantees the functionality of all rented or sold equipment at the time of delivery.

  • We are not liable for business interruptions, loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or equipment.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate service agreements with prior written notice as per the terms outlined in the contract.

  • Early cancellation by the client may result in cancellation charges.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property, including software and systems related to our services, remains the property of Saffron Technologies.

  • Clients are granted a limited right to use rented equipment for the duration of the rental term.

11. Indemnification

Corporate clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saffron Technologies, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

  • Breach of these terms.

  • Misuse of rented equipment.

  • Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Amendments

Saffron Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be shared with corporate clients via email or posted on our website.
